I point fellow residents of 193 specifically to number 10, light your damn cigaretts when you are outside of the security booth – not when you leave your apartment, through the hallways, in the elevator, in the building vestabule or in the sairwells and to item 19 for another resident in the E line that keeps messing with water temperatures at morning shower time because you seem to feel entitled to have a washing machine – you know who you are, you were discovered once by maintenance.
